21-Year-Old Shot Dead In Maryland, Gunman Charged With Murder: Police
A 21-year-old gunman is facing murder charges after allegedly shooting and killing another young man during a dispute in Landover, police said.
Damarion Jones, of Largo, was arrested and charged in connection with the July 6 fatal shooting of J’len Livingston, 21, of Clinton, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.
Officers responded around 1 a.m. to the 7500 block of Allendale Drive for a reported shooting, where they found Livingston suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was rushed to an area hospital, where he later died from his injuries, police said.

A man is behind bars after a deadly shooting outside a Maryland business, authorities said.
Chelley Thorne, 53, of Accokeek, is charged with murder in the death of 30-year-old Clinton resident Anthony Traevon Dawson, Prince George’s County Police announced.
Officers were called to the 9800 block of Piscataway Road around 9:40 p.m. on Monday, May 12, for reports of shots fired in the area.
Upon arrival, first responders found Dawson lying outside in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Robert “Bubba” Norris, 61, was last seen Saturday, March 1, when he left his home to visit a friend in Clinton, according to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
