Carjacker Who Attacked Driver After Ride Rejection Arrested In White Marsh: Police
The man who attacked a driver who declined giving him a lift and then stole his car in White Marsh has been arrested. Charles Hoffman, 35, approached the driver asking for a ride around 3:45 p.m. Sunday June 12 on the 5300 block of Nottingridge Road, Baltimore County police said.
