Attorneys for Sean Higgins, the man accused of drunk driving in the crash that killed the Gaudreau brothers, argued in court this week that new test results are in and his blood alcohol level was below the legal driving limit, according to multiple news reports. Bicyclist Killed By Hit-Run Driver In Baltimore Intersection, Police Say
An early morning bike ride led to the death of a 47-year-old man who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Baltimore on Sunday morning. Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 4 to the intersection of West Franklin Street and Payson Street, where a bicyclist was hit by a motorist who did not stay at the scene. The man was left suffering from life-threatening injuries, and he was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash by paramedics after they attempted to resuscitate him. Police in Baltimore County are seeking the public’s help as they try to track down a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a beloved bicyclist before speeding away. Aimee Whiteford, 46, was biking over the weekend when she attempted to cross Rossville Boulevard near Franklin Square Drive and she was struck by a driver who was traveling in the opposite direction along the roadway.
