Bicyclist Killed By Hit-Run Driver In Baltimore Intersection, Police Say An early morning bike ride led to the death of a 47-year-old man who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Baltimore on Sunday morning. Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called shortly before 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 4 to the intersection of West Franklin Street and Payson Street, where a bicyclist was hit by a motorist who did not stay at the scene. Aimee Whiteford, 46, was biking over the weekend when she attempted to cross Rossville Boulevard near Franklin Square Drive and she was struck by a driver who was traveling in the opposite direction along the roadway. Whiteford, a mom of two, was hit by the driver, who did not remain at the scene and remains at large.
