Kidnapper Burns Mom Trying To Get Toddler Back With Cigarette On Playground In VA: Police A man who burned a woman with a cigarette trying to get her child back from him after he snatched the child from a playground been arrested, authorities in Prince William County said. Abraham Cinto Jr., 27, was arguing with the 23-year-old victim as her son played on the playground the evening of Aug. 30 in Manassas, authorities said. When things turned violent, Cinto tried taking the woman's property then walked away with her toddler, PWC police said.
