Gunfire rattled a Hagerstown neighborhood late Sunday night, ending in a drug seizure, a ditched Glock, and three arrests — including two suspects from Baltimore — according to police.
Officers responded to the 400 block of Jonathan Street around 11:21 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2025, for a report of multiple gunshots, police said.
They found numerous shell casings and drugs on the ground.
Investigators quickly tracked two suspects to a nearby residence and took them into custody without incident. Officers say controlled dangerous substances were in plain view.

A 32-year-old Florida man was arrested and charged after he shot a truck driver in the abdomen during a road rage incident on the New Jersey Turnpike in Edison on Friday, June 20, authorities said.
At 10:15 a.m., troopers responded to the Turnpike after the driver of a box truck was shot in the abdomen while driving southbound, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.
An investigation determined Eiver Rodriguez, who was also driving a tractor-trailer, fired one round into the front door of the victim’s box truck, Marchan said.

A man who opened fire on a crowded Metrobus in Maryland—killing one teen and shooting at another—is now facing life in prison, officials announced.
Trevon Hatcherson-Ross, 23, who has no known address, was convicted Wednesday, May 14, on first-degree murder and attempted murder charges for a February 2023 bus shooting in Silver Spring, the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office said.
