A second suspect has been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old man in Montgomery County last year. De'Shaun McCrimmon, 22, has been charged with first-degree murder for his involvement in the shooting death of Orlando Alexander Satz, Jr. in November 2023. Islamic Tutor Charged With Sexually Abusing Minor In Maryland: Police
A 65-year-old tutor from Montgomery County has been charged with sexually abusing a minor, police say. Adi Yousef Najjar was arrested and charged with sexual abuse of a minor and fourth-degree sex offenses following an investigation into claims of assault. New details have been released by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office after two people were gunned down on Sunday morning in what is being described as a targeted attack. First responders were called at around 7 a.m. on Aug. 25, to a home in the 7000 block of Mangalong Court in New Market, where they found 33-year-old local resident Crimea Malita Baker, and Arlington native Sean Antoine Lange, 34, suffering from gunshot wounds. Two people had to be rescued from the roofs of Frederick County buildings on Tuesday morning when a fire broke out and damaged a pair of restaurants downtown, officials say. A UPS employee from Hyattsville who stole packages and then pawned off the contents for cash has been charged, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police.
