Man Found Dead After Jump From Harry Nice Bridge In Maryland, Authorities Say A tragic scene unfolded at the Harry Nice Bridge on Wednesday morning in Charles County when emergency crews recovered the body of a man who reportedly jumped into the Potomac River, officials said. The call came in around 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 20, prompting fire rescue marine units from Charles and King George counties to respond to the bridge, where they found a body in the water.
