Repeat Offenders From DMV Sentenced For Robbery Of Check-Cashing Business In Virginia: Feds Two men in the DMV who have a lengthy rap sheet in Maryland and Virginia will spend time in prison following the armed robbery of a Chantilly check-cashing business, federal authorities announced this week.
