A hit-and-run driver who killed a 64-year-old District woman in Prince George's County has been apprehend, the Bladensburg Police Department announced. Beltsville resident Jerome Michael Phillip Young, 42, was arrested on a warrant following the investigation into the fatal crash involving Susan Woodard earlier this month. New details have been released by the Prince George's County Police Department a week after a stabbing that left a 41-year-old man with fatal cut wounds. College Park resident Francisco Ayala Alvarenga, 39, is facing multiple murder charges in connection to a stabbing that was reported in Beltsville earlier this week that left Alejandro Vasquez-Cordova, who has no fixed address, dead. A death investigation has been launched after a man was found stabbed to death overnight outside a Prince George's County business, police say. Shortly after 11 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 5, officers were called to the area of Rhode Island Avenue and Baltimore Avenue in Beltsville, where there was a reported incident with one person down. One person was killed and a second had to be extricated out of their vehicle following a crash in Prince George's County, according to police. Shortly before 2:40 p.m. on Friday, June 21, officers were called to the area of Old Gunpowder Road and Sinope Way in Beltsville, where there was a reported crash that left one person dead and a second trapped.
