Man Rescued After Falling 30 Feet Into Well On Baltimore County Property (Video) Crews had to make a tricky rescue in Baltimore County on Wednesday afternoon when an unsuspecting man plummeted 30 feet into a well. First responders from the Baltimore County Fire Department were called at around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 to the 2100 block of Old Frederick Road in Catonsville, when a man found himself in a perilous position after suffering injuries falling into the well on an area property.
