Traffic on I-270 in Montgomery County came to a standstill Thursday as officers worked to safely take a missing person from Virginia into custody, officials said. New details have been released by Maryland State Police investigators after two people were killed in a crash involving a pick-up and mobile crane that shut down I-83 on Wednesday in Baltimore County.
