Child Playing With Lighter Sparks Blaze At Harford County Apartment Building: Fire Marshal Things got a little too hot to handle for a child playing with a lighter inside a Harford County apartment that was damaged by fire on Wednesday afternoon, officials say. First responders were called at around 3:15 p.m. on Sept. 25 to the Edgewood Park Apartment complex on Edgewood Road, when a neighbor reported a fire inside one of the units.
