Motorcyclist Killed In Laurel Crash
A motorcyclist was killed in an overnight crash in Laurel, police said. The unidentified man was heading north on Washington Boulevard on a Suzuki GSX-S750 when it struck a truck turning left near Lynn Buff Court around 4:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, Howard County police said. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the truck were uninjured. The cause of the collision is under investigation. Washington Boulevard in the area of the collision was closed for approximately 3 ½ hours.

Woman Airlifted After Head-On Maryland Crash With Pick-Up Dies At Hospital, Police Say
A 56-year-old woman died at an area hospital following a crash during the afternoon commute near the Howard and Montgomery County line, police say. Angela Marie Brill, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, has been identified as the woman who was killed in a crash involving her Chevy Malibu and a Toyota pick-up truck after being airlifted to the hospital. A 46-year-old who was ejected from his motorcycle and struck by a Cadillac driver died in Baltimore County on Wednesday night, police say. Michael Mazor, 46, has been identified by investigators as the person who was killed during a ride in Pikesville at around 9:20 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31 that ended with the fatal crash.
