Pedestrian Killed Returning U-Haul After Maryland Move Remembered By Friends, Well-Wishers A community is reeling after a beloved 53-year-old man was killed by a motorist after dropping off a U-Haul following a recent move into Montgomery County. Dominique Mwepu was identified this week as the pedestrian who was struck and killed on Monday night by the driver of a Honda near the intersection of Frederick Road and High Point Drive.
