A massive multi-jurisdictional search is underway in Southern Maryland as several agencies are attempting to locate a 21-year-old man who made threats against children and police. Members of the sheriff's office responded to a stretch of Middletown Road before 5 p.m. on Sept. 4, where there was a reported fatal crash in Waldorf.
