Weekend Fire Forces Courts To Close Amid Ongoing Power Outages In Baltimore Sunday's fire in downtown Baltimore has forced continued chaos for some in the city as crews work around the clock to repair power to all those impacted. At around 5 a.m. on Sept. 29, crews were called to the 300 block of North Charles Street, where there was a reported fire inside a manhole with flames showing near the intersection of Pleasant Street.
