A Baltimore County man accused of drug and weapons offenses following a road rage incident on I-95 in Howard County has been convicted, state police announced. Owings Mills resident Quwan Gordon, 48, was arrested in connection to a midday shooting last summer after firing at another driver during an incident. A 15-year-old will be charged as an adult for shooting a woman in Harford County on Wednesday, police say.
