Massive Pile Of Trash Dumped In Parking Lot Goes Up In Flames, Closes Down Maryland Roadway Montgomery County Officials have put out a traffic alert after roadways were blocked in an effort to extinguish a large pile of burning trash dumped in a parking lot, authorities say. The massive pile of garbage was dumped in a parking lot in the 5000 block of Nicholson Lane between Nebel Street and Boiling Brook Parkway, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue officials.  A trash truck also reportedly caught fire, resulting in Nicholson lane being blocked in both directions between Nebel Street and Bolingbrook Parkway.  It is unclear when the lanes will reopen.
