A 46-year-old Monrovia man has been sentenced after being convicted of abusing and imprisoning a child he had previously threatened with a gun, the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office announced on Tuesday. Christopher Kraft, 46, was found complicit in assaulting a child earlier this year following an investigation by the sheriff's office into claims of child abuse that were filed in March. A 27-year-old man will spend years in jail for his role in an altercation that resulted in the death of an Anne Arundel County father who was defending his son last year. Glen Burnie resident Trevor Garrett Taylor was sentenced on Friday to three years in jail for manslaughter following the grisly attack of Christopher Wright outside his Brooklyn Park home that resulted in his death.
