Donovan Robert Williams, 24, was pulled over for a registration violation  in the area of Chesapeake Avenue and Americana drive when officers learned he was driving on a suspended license from another state around 1:30 a.m., Tuesday, June 14 according to Anne Arundel County Police.  During a search of the vehicle, officers located a backpack that had a loaded handgun in it.
