Sunday's fire in downtown Baltimore has forced continued chaos for some in the city as crews work around the clock to repair power to all those impacted. The Baltimore County Police Department is cautioning motorists that there will be traffic disruptions on Friday as the fire department prepares for the funeral procession of firefighter Rodney Pitts, who died in the line of duty.
