Delta will enter a new partnership with Uber and allow SkyMiles customers to earn rewards on rides, ending the airline's longtime relationship with Lyft, officials said. A 37-year-old Maryland man will spend nearly two decades behind bars after being sentenced for posing as a teen boy to entice minors to send sexually illicit photos and videos to him online. A Maryland man who was struck and killed by a car after being ordered out of a Lyft in Delaware over the weekend has been identified as one of former Gov. Andrew Cuomo's previous staffers. A Maryland man was killed after being ordered out of the car by his Lyft driver, authorities announced. At approximately 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 24, a group of six friends ordered a Lyft driver to pick them up in Dewey Beach and transport them back to their residence in Bethany Beach, state police in Delaware said.
