Former Gilman School Teacher Convicted Of Sexually Abusing, Cyberstalking Boy In Maryland: Feds
A former teacher at the Gilman School in Baltimore was convicted on child porn, cyberstalking, and other offenses following a brief trial, federal authorities announced.
Christopher Kenji Bendann, 40, is facing decades in prison in connection to the sexual exploitation of a minor over the course of more than a year.
According to prosecutors, between September 2017 and February 2019, Bendann produced multiple videos of a teen boy engaged in sexually-explicit conduct that were saved to his iCloud.
At the time, the teen was 16 and 17 years old.

Moore, 36, was shot just after 10 p.m. by Davon Dabbs, 20, of Taneytown, after his fiance had showed up with a handgun in an effort to protect him, the county sheriff's office said.
Posts shared to Facebook say Moore served in the US Army, having been deployed for more than a year to Egypt.
In a Facebook post, Dominic Mancuso said he served alongside Moore in Egypt, adding that "he was such a good guy, beloved by those who knew him, and such a solid heart."

A man wanted in connection to a shooting last week is still at large, and a new reward has been offered as police attempt to track him down.
A new alert has been issued by Metro Crime Stoppers, which is offering a $5,000 reward as they attempt to locate Wesley Lyons, who is still on the run a week after shots were fired inside the Harford Mall.
Lisa Gregg, 60, of Edgewood and Lateia Green, 37, of Middle River have already been arrested, though the 35-year-old Lyons is still at large.
