Driver Charged For Fatal Hit-Run Crash Involving Elderly Woman In Maryland, Police Say
Months after a 77-year-old woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver in Howard County, police say they have apprehended the wanted man. Baltimore resident Da'quan Shaheim Smith, 22, has been arrested and faces charges in connection to the fatal crash that took the life of Soon Ja Chung in Ellicott City on Saturday, Jan. 20.
