Baltimore Man Used 3D Printer To Decorate Xmas Tree Of Weapons, Make Ghost Guns A Baltimore man prohibited from possessing firearms was arrested for using a 3-D printer to manufacture ghost guns after a social media post caught the attention of law enforcement, authorities say. Kevin Wallace, 49, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 29, after a search warrant was executed at a home in the 400 block of North Rose Street around 4:40 p.m., according to Baltimore police. Investigators found 20 guns that were in various stages of assembly inside of the dwelling, and say that Wallace was using a 3-D printer to manufacture the guns.
