Family and friends are mourning a beloved 75-year-old Baltimore County man who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. Officers from the Baltimore County Police Department were called to the intersection of Painters Mill Road and Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills, where they found Reginald Haysbert in the roadway on Wednesday night, police say. Epps, 20, has died at an area hospital days after he was struck by an Infiniti driver while crossing an intersection in Essex.
