The Baltimore County Homicide unit has identified the victim in an early morning, gruesome homicide, officials said. On Sept. 22, at around 5:45 a.m., officers found 27-year-old Andrew Miller in the 1000 block of Old Eastern Avenue, with upper body wounds, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.
