A Maryland karate instructor accused of using his position of authority to gain the trust of young girls has been arrested for the sexual abuse of minors, authorities say. Stephen Kenion, 56, is an ex-contractual karate teacher with Baltimore City Public Schools, and is accused of having multiple intimate relationships with minors dating back to 2009, according to Baltimore police.
