A teenager was killed in a daytime shooting that appears to be a targeted incident, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Shortly after 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, officers were called to the 1700 block of Reisterstown Road in Pikesville, where they found a 16-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. The teen was rushed to an area hospital, where he later died, according to police.
