Tipsters Lead Officers To Four Teens Caught Breaking Into Vehicles At Maryland Mall: Sheriff A member of the Charles County community saw something, and said something, leading to the apprehension of four teens who were caught breaking into vehicles at St. Charles Towne Center, officials say. On Monday afternoon, officers were called to the parking lot after being tipped off about a group of minors who were spotted using tools to break into cars.
