Now, the Lawrenceville, NJ resident and barn owner has found herself running afoul of the law years after she said the wild animal, who she named Ruby, escaped. In April, Lowe was convicted of possessing a potentially dangerous species without a permit, interfering with a conservation officer and having the deer illegally castrated.
