Pedestrian Struck By Driver In Montgomery County Dies At Hospital: Police A 61-year-old man has died at an area hospital after being struck by a driver earlier this week in Montgomery County, police confirmed. Jose Rene Del Cid Ramos has been identified by investigators as the person who was struck by a Nissan Maxima in Rockville on Tuesday night.
