Seven people were arrested over the course of six hours as Maryland State Police broke up nearly a dozen "unlawful exhibition driving events" overnight, officials say. Troopers were busy on Saturday night and Sunday morning in Baltimore, Prince George's and Anne Arundel counties, responding to several locations in the region where up to 200 people gathered in parking lots and attempted to shut down certain intersections. One person was killed and a second hospitalized in a head-on crash in Harford County on Wednesday afternoon, state police say. Shortly before 1 p.m. on Aug. 28, Maryland State Police troopers were called to investigate a reported crash on Route 152 (Mountain Road) near Singer Road in Joppatowne, where there were two people with serious injuries. The Howard County Police Department has identified a suspected shooter who allegedly killed 17-year-old Angelo Little at the Mall in Columbia last month. Officers were called late in the afternoon on Saturday, July 27, where there was a reported shooting in the area of the food court with one person - later identified as Little - dead in the mall before the shooter fled the area. New details have been released by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office after two people were gunned down on Sunday morning in what is being described as a targeted attack. First responders were called at around 7 a.m. on Aug. 25, to a home in the 7000 block of Mangalong Court in New Market, where they found 33-year-old local resident Crimea Malita Baker, and Arlington native Sean Antoine Lange, 34, suffering from gunshot wounds.
