A hunter who fell out of a tree stand in West Virginia required an assist from a Maryland State Police helicopter after suffering serious injuries. New details have been released by Maryland State Police investigators as they continue to probe a fatal shooting that claimed the life of two and left two others with serious injuries in Cecil County. Delaware natives Tamir Rasheek Davis and Darius Anthony Blalock, both 26, have been identified by police as the two who were killed in a shooting over the weekend. A Maryland State Police helicopter was required to rescue a hiker who was injured after slipping and falling from the top of a cliff onto the top of a train tunnel in Carroll County. Shortly after 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon, first responders were called to the area of Gaither Road and Railroad Avenue in Sykesville, where there was an injured hiker who fell approximately 20 feet down an embankment while walking in a wooded area. Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized following a shooting early on Saturday morning in Cecil County, according to Maryland State Police.
