The 29-year-old died from the effects of heroin and cocaine, the County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner announced Friday, Aug. 7. His death was ruled accidental.  Clarke, a forward for the Memphis Grizzlies, was found unresponsive in his bedroom at about 5 p.m. Monday, May 11, according to the medical examiner.
