Police In Maryland ID 'Kind, Gentle, Caring Young Man' Shot on Baltimore-Washington Parkway New details have been released by the Baltimore Police Department as they continue to investigate the shooting of a 22-year-old man on I-295 last week. Deondre Tywon Sharps was charged for his alleged role in the slayings of Keion McKinney, 18, in an area yard, and 34-year-old Joshua Ray Holland, of Curtis Bay, who was found left for dead after being shot.
