A man has succumbed to his injuries days after a horrifying accident involving a fire pit in Baltimore County, officials said. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16 in the 3600 block of Bay Drive in Bowley's Quarters when Glen Himmelheber, Jr. tripped and fell into a lit fire pit in his backyard. A child was killed and at least one other injured when a wind gust sent a bounce house airborne at Regency Furniture Stadium during a Southern Maryland Blue Crabs game on Friday night.
