Catonsville Man Accused Of Repeatedly Pointing Gun At Driver On I-695 In Anne Arundel: State PD A road-raging man who repeatedly pointed a gun at another driver during a dispute on I-695 in Anne Arundel County has been apprehended and is facing multiple charges, according to Maryland State Police. Catonsville resident John Lang, 32, smirked at the camera after being arrested over the weekend following a probe into multiple assaults and threats that were made on the interstate. Police say that on Sunday, Nov. 3, Lang pointed the loaded weapon at another motorist multiple times on I-695 in the area of Route 2 in Glen Burnie.
