Police ID Man Killed By Driver While Standing Near Landscaping Truck In Maryland New details have been released by the Howard County Police Department after a 65-year-old man was killed in a crash earlier this week. Officers from the Howard County Police Department were called shortly before 8:45 a.m. on June 20 to the 10500 block of Dorchester Way in Woodstock, where there was a reported crash involving Hyattsville resident Everald Young and a 2017 Toyota Corolla.
