Maryland Father Remembered As ‘Genuine Family Man’ After Tragic Apartment Shooting The 30-year-old Suitland father who was found shot to death in an apartment building is being remembered as a "genuine family man" by his loved ones.  Brian Speaks was pronounced dead at the scene late in the afternoon inside an apartment in the 3500 block of Parkway Terrace Drive over the weekend, according to police in Prince George's County.
