A Baltimore County man accused of drug and weapons offenses following a road rage incident on I-95 in Howard County has been convicted, state police announced. Owings Mills resident Quwan Gordon, 48, was arrested in connection to a midday shooting last summer after firing at another driver during an incident. A Peeping Tom who installed recording devices in his home and filmed his underage victim without her consent has been arrested, according to the Baltimore County Police Department. Nicholas Fioravanti, 42, was arrested this week following an investigation into recording devices that were found placed inside two areas of his home, including a bedroom and bathroom.
