An 18-year-old Maryland man is facing multiple murder charges after allegedly shooting and killing another man inside an SUV before turning himself in to police, authorities said. Prince George’s County Police arrested Raymond Terry III following the Sunday, Feb. 16 shooting that claimed the life of 26-year-old Landover resident Vincent Fisher III. A 64-year-old woman has been identified after she was killed in a crash involving a tractor-trailer in Washington County, police said. Hagerstown Police confirmed that Theresa Maria Poffenberger died after her SUV slammed into the back of a tractor-trailer at around 4 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at the intersection of Halfway Boulevard and I-81. A 70-year-old man from Baltimore County was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, police said. Investigators from the Anne Arundel County Police Department say a 2018 Mazda SUV, driven by 27-year-old Da’Von Tawain Bell of Annapolis, was heading southbound on Ritchie Highway when it struck Barry Stephen White of Gwynn Oak, who was in the roadway.
