The county's Department of Health issued an alert on Friday, Nov. 1 advising that anyone who may have come into contact with a raccoon this week in the 6500 block of Shadyside Road in Shadyside should contact officials after the animal tested positive for the virus. 'I Lost My First True Love:' Victims Of Deadly I-81 Crash Remembered The lives of two Maryland men were cut short in a crash on I-81 last week in Pennsylvania, and now, their loved ones are rallying to give them proper burials. Diamonte Drequan Disney, 25, and Tiheen "Tizzy" Justice Nathaniel Matthews, 20, both of Hagerstown, MD, both died in the crash Wednesday, Aug. 21 in Antrim Township, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
