Alaysia Janell Milburn has been identified as the 25-year-old woman who was killed in Lexington Park before police were taken on a multi-county pursuit that ended with 38-year-old Kenneth Louis Price turning a gun on himself, investigators say. Repeat Offender Who Escaped Custody Re-Arrested In Charles County, Sheriff Says
A 24-year-old suspect who is familiar to members of the Charles County Sheriff's Office after ditching his monitoring device from a previous arrest is facing fresh charges, authorities announced on Tuesday. Waldorf resident Kavon Brown, who violated the condition of his release earlier this summer for a previous robbery offense, is back in custody, and being held without bond this time, following an incident that played out last week.
