Police ID Driver Killed In Crash On Route 32 In Maryland (Updated) New details have been released by police following a crash that left a 39-year-old dead she struck a concrete barrier on Friday morning on Route 32 in Howard County. An investigation was launched over the weekend by the Howard County Police Department after the driver of a 2013 Ford Explorer crashed in Columbia, and then was struck by a second vehicle early on Aug. 2, investigators say.
