Father Fatally Shot; Fugitive Son Sought In Maryland: State Police Maryland State Police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate a fatal shooting in Wicomico County that left a 57-year-old Salisbury man dead inside his home. Roy Walters, 57, was found with apparent gunshot wounds inside his apartment in the 1100 block of Parsons Road around 6 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22, authorities said.  Walters was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel from the Salisbury Fire Department.
