New details have been released by the St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office following a domestic incident that left a young mother and her gunman from DC both dead. Alaysia Janell Milburn has been identified as the 25-year-old woman who was killed in Lexington Park before police were taken on a multi-county pursuit that ended with 38-year-old Kenneth Louis Price turning a gun on himself, investigators say.
