Man Sentenced To Double The Top Maryland Sentencing Guideline For Motel Rape: State's Attorney The Maryland man who admitted to a motel rape earlier this year in Harford County, was handed a heavy prison term that exceeds the state's sentencing guidelines, prosecutors announced.
