At 5:03 p.m., officers responded to Delaware Avenue near Bargaintown Park after 2021 Kawasaki KLX110 dirt bike, operated by a 13-year-old, was riding west on the shoulder when a 2013 Chevy Impala, driven by a 32-year-old Pleasantville woman, made a left turn into the park and collided with the bike, Egg Harbor Township police said. Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Vehicle On Black Horse Pike: EHT PD A 73-year-old woman was struck and killed by a vehicle in Egg Harbor Township, authorities announced Thursday, Oct. 8. At 7:24 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 2, officers responded to the Black Horse Pike and Bayport Drive when Aimee Altin failed to cross the street safely and was struck by a 2021 Dodge Durango driven by a 26-year-old Pleasantville woman, Egg Harbor Township police said. Altin was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The driver contacted 911 immediately and cooperated with the investigation, police said. The crash remains under investigation, police said.

At 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 3, officers responded to Norwalk Avenue and found a dog dead in the driveway, police said. An investigation determined the dog was left unattended inside a vehicle for an extended period of time under warm weather conditions, Manchester police said. The dog was left outside for an unknown period of time in the area of Center Street, between Sitgreaves Street and Limekiln Road, Phillipsburg police said.
