Officers were called at around 11 a.m. on Sept. 17, officers responded to the intersection of Outing Avenue and East Shore Road in Pasadena to investigate a reported hit-and-run involving a group of juveniles. Teen Airlifted After Being Shot During Gathering At Maryland Apartment Complex, Sheriff Says A 16-year-old had to be airlifted to an area hospital after being shot during a gathering at a Maryland apartment complex overnight, officials say.
